APCD Oil and Gas Methane Reduction Public Meeting
The division is considering revisions to AQCC Regulation Number 7 related to the "designated facilities" identified in EPA's oil and gas Emission Guidelines and New Source Performance Standards that would reduce methane emissions. The Division is also considering refinements related to the upstream oil and gas greenhouse gas provisions.The July 26 meeting will also include potential updates to several Air Quality Control Commission regulations. These proposed updates would be primarily administrative in nature.
