AQCC: February 19-21 Monthly Meeting

AQCC Monthly Meeting will begin at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 19th.

 

The public comment session is an opportunity to provide comment on any air quality issue OR to comment on the proposed regulation. The public comment session may end early if all commenters that are registered have had an opportunity to speak. In an effort to provide clarity, the following should not sign up for public comment for the proposed regulation:

1) listed witnesses of a party or

2) legal representatives of a party. Any member of the public who is not a listed witness by a party or a legal representative of a party to the rulemaking proceeding may sign up for and provide public comments on the proposed regulation.

 

The public is encouraged to provide written public comments on any air quality related item of your choosing to the Commission’s email address at: cdphe.aqcc-comments@state.co.us
