Join a public meeting to discuss potential revisions to emissions reporting programs to streamline requirements. The division will also discuss potential revisions to emissions and permitting fees, including those associated with Air Pollutant Emission Notice (APEN) submittals, permit processing, annual emissions, and potentially other application materials submitted to the division. The proposal includes potential revisions to Air Quality Control Commission Regulations 3 and 7.
