APCD Final Greenhouse Gas Reduction Plans
Join these meetings to discuss final greenhouse gas reduction plans for large industrial facilities in Colorado. The plans are for facilities covered under the Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Energy Management for Manufacturing Phase 2 rule, or GEMM 2. These plans demonstrate how each facility will meet its individual greenhouse gas emissions limit in 2030 under Colorado Air Quality Regulation 27.
